About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Build My AI Ads Video course and this website. The course is offered by Build My AI Freedom ("we", "us", "our"). By buying the course or using this website, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use the course.
The course
Build My AI Ads Video is a pre-recorded online course. It teaches a workflow for planning and producing AI-assisted video ads, covering story development, character references, storyboards, Google Flow prompts, scene generation and editing. The modules are described on the sales page.
We may improve, reorder or update lessons over time, for example when a tool changes. These updates won't reduce the core content you paid for.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to give accurate details at checkout and to keep your account details up to date.
Price and payment
- The price is shown on the sales page and at checkout, in Indian Rupees (INR). It's a one-time payment, not a subscription.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner, Paymentz, and its banking partners. We don't see or store your full card or bank details.
- Any applicable taxes are as shown at checkout. Your bank may charge its own fees, for example for currency conversion.
- We may change the price or run offers at any time. A price change won't affect a purchase you've already completed.
Access and delivery
After a successful payment, the thank-you page shows the link to join our community at learn.buildmyaifreedom.com/community, where the course is hosted. We also send the access details to the email you used at checkout.
Your access is for as long as we offer the course through the community. If we ever retire the course, we'll email you at least 30 days before access ends.
If you can't get in, email support@buildmyaifreedom.com with your payment details and we'll sort it out.
Your licence
When you buy, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to watch the course and use what you learn, for your own business and your clients' projects.
You may not:
- share your login, or let anyone else use your access;
- download, record, copy, resell, rent, publish or distribute the videos or course materials;
- use the course materials to create a competing course or training product;
- try to get around access controls on the community platform.
You can use the frameworks, prompts and templates from the course to make ads for yourself and your clients.
Third-party tools
The course shows you how to use third-party tools, such as Google Flow and other AI tools. These tools are owned and run by other companies, not us.
- You'll need your own accounts for these tools. Some may charge fees or have usage limits.
- Their features, availability, pricing and output quality can change at any time, and some may not be available in your country.
- You must follow each tool's own terms and usage policies.
- We aren't responsible for third-party tools, their outages or their changes.
This course isn't affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google, Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic or any other tool provider.
Your content and ads
The ads and videos you create are yours, subject to the terms of the tools you use. You're responsible for what you create and publish, including:
- having the rights to any brand assets, music, images or likenesses you use;
- not creating misleading, defamatory, unlawful or infringing content;
- following advertising platform rules (for example Meta or Google ad policies);
- labelling AI-generated content where the law or a platform requires it.
No guaranteed results
The course is educational. We share a process and examples, but results depend on your effort, your offer, your market and the tools available to you. We don't promise any particular sales, ad performance, reach or income. Nothing in the course is legal, financial or tax advice.
Refunds
Because you get instant access to digital content, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds. The only exceptions are duplicate or failed payments, explained in our Refund Policy.
Community rules
Be respectful in the community. Don't post spam, harassment, hate speech, unlawful content or other people's personal data. Don't promote your own products or services unless we allow it. We may remove posts that break these rules.
Intellectual property
All course videos, text, graphics, templates and branding belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the licence in section 6, buying the course doesn't transfer any of these rights to you.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you break these Terms, for example by sharing your login or redistributing the course. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Limitation of liability
We provide the course "as is" and do our best to keep it accurate and available. To the fullest extent the law allows:
- we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, or ad spend on campaigns you run;
- our total liability to you for any claim about the course is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, please email us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we can't, disputes will be handled by the courts of India.
If you live in the European Union, the UK or another country with mandatory consumer protection laws, you also keep the protections those laws give you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The Terms that applied when you bought the course apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law.
